Premiere panel: Send to producer

Storage counts the copies producers watch, project files kept with reviews and media hosted for a shared project; your footage isn't uploaded to send a cut. A copy is cleared once its review has been quiet that long with no link working, and the space comes back; your notes and rounds stay. Panel conversions, reports and transcript imports in the Premiere panel need Pro or Studio. All plans and their other limits are on the billing page.

Questions about pricing

Is Handback free?
Yes, to start. Sending a cut, your producer's notes and changes, the review room and accepting changes are free. Free accounts can have 5 cuts out for review at once, and downloading the updated project is free on every plan.
Does my producer or client pay?
No. Producers, clients and anyone else you send a link to never pay and don't need an account. They give a name only when they leave a note or send a change.
What if I need more than 5 cuts out at once?
Turn off the link on a cut you're done with, and its place is free again. For more at once, Pro and Studio have no cap.
What counts toward my storage?
The copies your producers watch, the project files kept with your reviews, and any media you host for a shared project. Your footage isn't uploaded to send a cut. A minute of a 720p copy is about 12 MB, so Free's 1 GB holds about an hour and a half. A minute at 1080p is about 26 MB: Pro's 25 GB holds about 16 hours and Studio's 100 GB about 65.
What happens to a producer's copy after the review?
Once no link plays it and the review goes quiet, it's kept 7 days on Free and 30 days on Pro and Studio, then cleared, and the space goes back to your plan. Your notes, rounds and project stay, and you can make a new copy to send the cut again.
What's the difference between Pro and Studio?
For Handback, storage: Pro keeps 25 GB and Studio 100 GB. Both make 1080p copies with no cap on cuts out. Across CutConvert, Studio also converts files up to 500 MB with more monthly processing.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Pro is $90 a year and Studio $190 a year, billed once. Allowances reset monthly either way.
