About an hour of footage per file is free on every converter. Above that:

Project transfers and other conversions
Over the free size cap, project to project is $5 per file up to 50 MB, $15 between 50 MB and 500 MB. Both the input and output must be editable projects or audio sessions. Every other conversion is $3 per file. Pro and Studio cover both kinds.
Project to project, $5 per file
- Premiere projects to Resolve, Final Cut XML, AAF or REAPER
- Resolve and Avid AAF projects to another editable project format
- Final Cut projects to FCP7 XML, Resolve, AAF or REAPER
- Audition sessions to REAPER projects
Every other conversion, $3 per file
- Project files to captions, transcripts, CSV reports or EDL cut lists
- Captions and transcripts into an editor, including SRT to Final Cut titles
- Captions or transcripts to other caption, transcript or document formats
- Avid bins to CSV, EDLs to CSV, and CapCut drafts or Twitch chat logs to captions
For example, Final Cut XML to SRT is $3, while Final Cut XML to a Resolve project is $5. The converter shows the applicable offer before checkout. Existing paid-file access lasts 24 hours.
One larger file
One conversion other than project to project for $3, paid once. Up to 50 MB, subject to converter limits. No subscription.
This covers transcripts into Premiere or Final Cut, captions between formats, and project files to captions, reports or EDLs. A signed-in free account converts files within the free size caps without limit.
A project-to-project transfer is $5, paid once. Both the input and output must be editable projects or audio sessions. Every other conversion is $3, including project files to captions, reports or cut lists.
A .prproj, .drp, .aaf, .fcpxml or Audition session written as an XML, Resolve, Final Cut, AAF or REAPER project. Not needed for transcripts or captions.
A project over 50 MB, up to 500 MB, is $15, paid once. Same rule: project to project only, any format of that file for 24 hours.

What each option includes
Guest and Free accounts share the input limits below. File size depends on the format and project, so these caps are not exact duration limits. SRT to SCC, MCC or EBU-STL allows 100 KB. REAPER has separate 10 MB project and total selected audio limits.
Every tier runs the same converters with the same output quality. Tiers differ only in volume and file size. A one-time purchase covers one file up to 50 MB: $5 for a project-to-project transfer and $3 for every other conversion; a project between 50 MB and 500 MB is $15. Paid-file access lasts 24 hours. Converting every week, Pro is the plan.
